01The plant

Our own plant at Plot No. 80, Kudumalakunte, Gauribidanur Taluk, Chikkaballapur District, Karnataka 561208, north of Bengaluru. It has 34,860 sq ft of covered shop on a 2-acre site and fabricates 150 to 200 t of structural steel a month.

02Production process

Every job is checked at every step, and every check is recorded.

    Drawings and material

    Drawing revision and material list approved before cutting; grade and heat number of every plate and section matched to its mill certificate.

    Cut and drill

    Cut and drilled to the approved shop drawings; the first piece is checked against the drawing.

    Fit-up and weld

    Members fitted up and welded; every weld checked visually, with DPT or UT where specified.

    Inspection

    Dimensions and welds checked before finishing, and recorded in the job's reports.

    Blast and paint

    Blast cleaned and painted to the project specification; surface profile and paint thickness recorded.

    Dispatch

    Dispatch list matched to the erection marks, then loaded for site.
